Hebrew for AnySoftKeyboard

Add Hebrew layouts (regular, 16 keys, phonetic) and a 100,000+ word dictionary. Note: No Hebrew fonts installed. Dictionary comes from AOSP. Install AnySoftKeyboard first, then pick your layout in Settings > Keyboards.
